1. Scope and publisher identity
This notice describes the functionality included in Mediamiscenegarden at mediamiscenegarden.com. The company name, company number and registered address displayed in the footer are illustrative publisher details, not a verified legal registration. They must not be relied on as proof that a company operates at that address. A deploying operator must replace those details and confirm its hosting and email arrangements before collecting personal information as a live business.
The privacy contact designated for this edition is [email protected]. Inbox availability has not been verified. No appointed Data Protection Officer is represented; this address is the intended DPO/privacy enquiry route if an operator activates it.
2. Information the website handles
Reading the guides does not require an account, payment information or registration. There is no newsletter database, advertising identifier, analytics script, location request or automated profiling in the supplied website. Styles, scripts and schematic illustrations are included with the site. Homepage photographs are loaded from Unsplash’s image service at images.unsplash.com; no remote fonts are used.
Loading a photograph sends a request to that image service, which receives your IP address and request information such as browser headers. The photograph elements use referrerpolicy="no-referrer" to omit the referring page address. This does not hide your IP address from the image provider. Photograph requests are part of displaying the page and are not controlled by the cookie-choice buttons.
The contact form processes your name, email, subject and message in your browser to prepare an email link. It does not submit those fields to a website backend or save them in localStorage. Opening the resulting draft passes its contents to your chosen email application. Only when you send that draft does your email provider transmit the message. Avoid including financial details, identification documents or sensitive personal information.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Saving a privacy selection enables the site to remember a choice you requested. If an active operator receives a message, responding to an ordinary editorial enquiry may rely on legitimate interests, while a request related to a prospective contract may rely on necessary pre-contractual steps. Legal obligations may require limited records to be preserved. Consent would be required before introducing optional tracking where applicable; accepting the current banner does not authorise unspecified future tracking.
Externally hosted photographs provide editorial reference imagery. A deploying operator must assess and document the applicable lawful basis and safeguards for the associated third-party requests, rather than treating a cookie-banner choice as consent to unspecified processing.
4. Cookies, processors and external sites
The only storage created by the included script is the localStorage entry mmg-cookie-choice-v1, which records your selection, a version and a timestamp. See the cookie policy for details. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, user-agent information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. No particular hosting or email processor has been selected or represented in this static edition.
Unsplash’s image service is contacted when photographs load, including images loaded as you approach them while scrolling. Its handling of request information is described in the Unsplash privacy policy. The site does not send contact-form contents or the stored privacy selection to that service.
Other external websites are contacted when you follow their links, not through embedded interactive maps or social widgets. They apply their own privacy policies. A live operator must identify its actual processors, international transfers and any applicable safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses, before deployment involving personal-data processing.
5. Retention and security
Your local privacy preference remains until you clear site storage, replace it through Preferences or your browser removes it. The code imposes no automatic expiry. Contact fields are not intentionally retained by the site after leaving the page, although your browser may provide its own form recovery. Email drafts and sent mail follow your email provider’s settings.
For an activated editorial inbox, the intended ordinary enquiry retention limit is twelve months after resolution, unless a legal requirement or dispute justifies longer retention. This is a deployment policy, not a claim about an existing inbox. Hosting-log retention must be confirmed by the operator. Retention of image-delivery request information is governed by the image provider’s practices, not the site’s localStorage setting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your GDPR and California rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to qualifying processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or another competent authority. Applicable California law may provide rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive non-discriminatory treatment.
This edition does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising and has no tracking for a Global Privacy Control signal to disable. Identity verification, authorised-agent requests, exceptions and statutory response periods depend on applicable law. A live operator should respond to GDPR requests ordinarily within one month and qualifying California requests ordinarily within forty-five days, subject to lawful extensions. Use the privacy contact above, without sending unnecessary identity documents. Material changes to processing require an updated notice and, where required, renewed consent.
